Carter’s Confident Care was born out of a deep need for a better-quality care system for our elderly population. With years of experience as a registered nurse in the home care sector, I saw firsthand that the quality of care many seniors received fell short of what they truly needed, required, and deserved.

As the supervisor but not the owner, my ability to make a lasting impact was limited. I would report my findings, return 60 days later, and see that nothing had changed.

After witnessing so much substandard care for our senior citizens, I knew I had to be the change I wanted to see. That’s why Carter’s Confident Care was created.
