Physical Job Demands: This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects and patients weighing over 50 pounds.
What you’ll do.
Deliver compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation
Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and keeping living spaces safe and tidy
Prepare and serve meals while following dietary needs and preferences
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed
Remind and assist clients with taking prescribed medications (per state guidelines)
Monitor and promptly report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors
Work closely with families to ensure care plans are being followed and updated as needed
Foster trust and build meaningful relationships with clients and their loved ones
What We’re Looking For
Current CNA license or HHA certification (required)
Current CPR certification (required)
Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening (required)
Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient personality
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team

Administrative Assistant CLOSED**
An Administrative Assistant is a supportive role in an office. They are responsible for managing and distributing information among their co-workers, answering phones, and doing other administrative work.
Job Type: Part-time-Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15-30 Hours Per Week
Salary: $12.00-$16.00 per hour
Salary is negotiable and is based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Record keeping
Hire new employees
Market weekly for new clients
Conduct Orientation
Assist with training new employees occasionally
Schedule new clients
Maintain employee records for compliance
Assist with insurance credentialing
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant (6+ months)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
