Physical Job Demands: This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects and patients weighing over 50 pounds.
What you’ll do.
Deliver compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation
Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and keeping living spaces safe and tidy
Prepare and serve meals while following dietary needs and preferences
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed
Remind and assist clients with taking prescribed medications (per state guidelines)
Monitor and promptly report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors
Work closely with families to ensure care plans are being followed and updated as needed
Foster trust and build meaningful relationships with clients and their loved ones
What We’re Looking For
Current CNA license or HHA certification (required)
Current CPR certification (required)
Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening (required)
Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient personality
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team
Documents You May Be Asked to Provide

Proof of auto insurance (if driving is required)
Current CPR card (if applicable)
Professional license or certificate (based on role)
TB screening results (if applicable)
